Personal Strength Training (PST)

PST is TFW Sauga’s signature service which combines the intimate coaching experience of 1-on-1 training with the energy and support of working out with 5 other teammates. This allows you to be coached closely on form and weight selection so that you can maximize results in every training session.

Joined the gym one month ago and I’ve been loving it so far! There is a lot of energy and positive vibe there. Coaches are awesome and very attentive to detail, not only to what happens inside the gym, but also to students’ habits outside such as sleeping, eating, stress management, hydration, etc. I feel I improved already in terms of shape and strength and I think there is a lot more improvement to come yet.

One of the first questions we get asked is, what does your program cost?
This is not a cheap Bootcamp nor is it a overpriced 1 on 1 training session.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Typically $75 to $100 per session.
If you train 3x per week, that’s $225 to $300 per week.

As great as 1-on-1 training can be for the personal attention, very few people can afford $1,200 a month. Plus, it can get boring after a while.

Bootcamp

Typically $150 to $250 per month.

The problem is they are usually run by someone who does it as a part-time gig with limited times and everyone does the same movements regardless of goals & fitness levels. Bootcamps can be great for energy and working up a sweat, but not an effective way for long term results and coaching.
