I joined TFW just over a month ago. I’ve never been a gym person … too intimidating and never felt any unity with staff and others. My experience so far with TFW Sauga has been amazing. The team and motivational atmosphere are addictive. The variety of classes and times throughout the days of the week makes it perfect for a busy professional.

In the past I would underestimate the importance of nutrition balanced with a regular workout regime. At TFW Sauga the coaches provide support and guidance towards implementing a holistic approach to daily health habits. I look forward to working out to kick off my day - both strength training and cardio classes are both challenging and fun.

The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, inspiring and push you to your personal best. I have had amazing results so far and look forward to my continued journey and transformation. For myself, this continues to build confidence, both physically and mentally.

I’ve been at TFW for 1 month and I never had a better experience. Everyone was so friendly - they were basically a big family, and the coaches were amazing. They knew my capabilities and pushed me when I needed it the most. They always motivated me to be the best version of myself and I can’t thank them enough for believing in me.

I work full time, went 3x a week, and was able to work with a partner  who kept me accountable (as well as the coaches). I always thought I wasn’t meant to lift heavy, but with the coaches helping me with my technique, long behold .. I’m actually stronger than I thought I was.

I usually dread going to the gym and just do whatever is free, so having this schedule was just beyond my expectations.

I loved the daily messages, and learning about why they do and love what they do.

I have been going to TFW Sauga for a month now. This was honestly the best decision i made for my physical fitness. Before joining i had never done any physical strength training and was hesitant to join. But the detailed attention coaches pay to everyone’s individual journey and fitness level has helped me keep motivated. The gym community is very supportive and I have never felt rushed to complete my workout or stressed that i might be lifting with an incorrect form. The coaches make sure you build strength steadily and incrementally. I have started seeing results in just a month. The coaches focus not only on physical fitness but on mental health and outside gym habits. I am a busy mom and work shifts and manage my husbands business,  I never thought that I have time to go to the gym. But I have been training at TFW Sauga for the past 5 months, probably the longest i have been a member of any gym with CONSISTENT and tracked training. The coaches make it easy to go beyond what you think you can ever do (I initially said I don't want to lift weight!). They constantly challenge you to be a better version of you. There is a vibe that is very welcoming and no matter how you are feeling on a particular day,  everyone has a ready smile or hugs.

I have been going to TFW consistently for one month and it has been an amazingly positive experience. I have never worked out consistently nor have I have lifted weights before. In one month, I have seen the strength I have built! The program has helped me better my relationship with nutrition and the community holds you accountable and helps you achieve your true potential.
The program caters to your fitness level, the coaches are knowledgeable, helpful and fun to workout with! If you need help starting, holding you accountable, or just want to live healthier and better, this is the place to be!!
